Create custom WordPress plugin with 1 function of existing plugin

I want to have the “Live orders view” functionality of the plugin “Orderable” be converted in a custom plugin or code snippet. • In that plugin the only thing what i need to have is based in this location: inc/modules/live-view • That basically creates a woocommerce orders page which will automatically refresh and play sound when new order comes in. Besides that it will also hide the admin navigation bars. So this is going to be used by the restaurant owner to keep track of new orders without being able to navigate through other settings • But i dont want all of the other functions of this plugin. So i only want that live-view functionality to work. I think best is to convert this in a plugin • Im pretty sure there are some other references to that live-view folder in other files in root. But you probably know better • It looks similair to the orders tab of woocommerce but it just removes the navigation at the top etc, refreshes automatically when new order comes in and plays a sound • I think you just need to find a way to extract that folder that i mentioned into a custom plugin. So when we upload that plugin it will just create 1 new link in the wp-admin page for this live orders tab So its not a full development. I only want to have the function of the existing plugin to be extracted and added in a custom plugin which i can use and activate. All of the other features should be disabled and not visible.
