At this point you will have to write a ticket to the webhost, so they check the files and un-suspend the account. However the job is not finished yet. After the site is live, has to be checked that everything works and the proper updates made. It would be very important to know how much customization happened to your site. Were there plugins, core files modified? If yes, than some functionalities might get temporarily lost with the new and updated files, but should be recoverable from the original files.
