Wordpress Website

Hello, I need somebody who can create the theme and program the CSS in wordpress for me. I need the wordpress site to look similar to the following website but with a few changes: **[login to view URL]** Changes: Make the "all pro driving" at the top so I can insert a logo. Fill out the top navigation bar with dummy text that goes to pages filled with dummy text. Please put three different pictures in the front page slider and fill with dummy text. * Please make the text in the slider's editable * Have the photos "car related" and the same width as in the above mentioned site I need three different pictures on the main page below the slider. Have all the images/pictures different but with similar subject matter. You may fill in the text below each of these three pictures with dummy text (must be editable). Additional Changes: Change the words on this button <[login to view URL]> to: "Defensive Driving Easy Ticket Dismissal Online" Change the words on this button <[login to view URL]> to: "Teen Drivers Ed Parent Taught Drivers Education" Change the words on this button <[login to view URL]> to: "Insurance Discount Get up to 10% Off Auto Insurance" Make it so everything lines up "above the fold" like they did in the website. Program the CSS so that the heading tags and bullet lists are the same as in the website. (orange on dark background) In general, try to make it look as much like the site as possible and fill in dummy text anywhere I have not specified above.
