I would like to hire a YouTube Expert

Initially need help cleaning up/understanding/organizing Youtube channels vs. Brand Account vs. Google Plus page and how they relate to my google gmail account. Very confusing and I need to first get hands around how all those are interrelated before I expand to promote youtube videos on FB, Twitter, Pinterest, Linkedin. I know what there is in Youtube but don't understand how to optimally configure this for my real estate business, eg, should my real estate videos be associate with my main gmail account. I am affraid to reconnect channels because it deletes the current channel. I don't want to start pushing out videos to other social platforms and my Blog on my website and then realize I incorrectly set up my YouTube. I need coaching / handholding at this point. Thank you.
