I'm in need of a dedicated virtual assistant, proficient in bookkeeping and data entry tasks. You will be responsible for: - Performing regular data entry tasks - Processing approximately 20 invoices each week - Undertaking bank reconciliation duties You will need familiarity with both QuickBooks and Xero, as these are the tools we currently use for bookkeeping. Your role will be key in ensuring the smooth running of financial records for my business. Ideal skills for the job: - Previous experience with data entry - Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero - Strong attention to detail for invoice processing - Prior experience with bank reconciliations.
