Job Description: We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team part-time. The ideal candidate will be able to work out meeting recordings, make appointments, conduct market research, manage small projects, and arrange travel planning. You should be excellent in English, proficient in working with tools like Slack, Jira, [login to view URL], and possess strong PowerPoint skills. This position requires a couple of hours of work per week, and the candidate must be able to start today! Responsibilities: -Transcribe and summarize meeting recordings -Schedule and manage appointments -Conduct market research and compile reports -Coordinate and manage small projects -Arrange travel planning, including flights, -accommodations, and transportation -Maintain and manage communication channels using tools like Slack, Jira, and [login to view URL] -Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations -Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times Requirements: -Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal -Experience in IT or a related field -Proficiency in using Slack, Jira, [login to view URL], and PowerPoint -Strong organizational and time management skills -High attention to detail and accuracy -Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure agreements -Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently -Academic level of thinking and problem-solving skills Flexible schedule and availability to start soon How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in the position and relevant experience.
