C++ modify existing app.

I require an experienced C++ coder to modify an existing project. Identify which of the 4 folders, in the attached zip file, contains the code for the application that starts with the pic ([login to view URL]). The source code must then be modified. I would like to hide some of the options, change the layout, and add a picture or logo. I also want to have the application read data that is embedded in the end of the exe file in place of the username, password and ID number. The application should also have the ability to examine a web site for the existance of a specific file ( say, every 5 or 10 seconds ), and report on screen when the online file exists and initiate the connection using the 'Start' button. It would be preferred to also customise the system tray icon, title bar, etc. I also require a seperate application that can add 3 variables to the end of the exe file, which must be encrypted or scrambled ( will be used to customise for different users ). I require this completed within 4 days. All source code changes must be well commented.
