Ipad/Iphone Kart Racing Game

I require a programmer to work with me to create the most enjoyable game to play for Ipad and Iphone users. It is a racing game. 8 Levels, 6 Different characters to choose. The game needs to be visually stunning and sound spectacular! The game will feature 6 characters that will be created by a graphic designer (provided by me), the racing tracks can be created by yourself as long as the tracks are easy to begin with and get harder and harder. The game will be similar to other popular kart racing games in previous markets but obviously have its own style and design. My budget is not huge but I guarantee the person who works with me to create this masterpiece, - we will go on together to make many more fun and hopefully profitable games in future! I will only tell the theme, style and name of the racing game to the winning bidder. Please provide me with examples of previous works if you are interested in working with me.
