Hello, I hope you are doing fine. About me, I am a professional software developer with more than 4 years experience in computing field. I currently run a small tech start up that specializes in developing and designing mobile applications(android, windows), web applications(php, js, css,html), desktop applications in windows environment(c#, java, c/c++, python) for both small and medium sized businesses. As you can see, I don't have any ratings because I recently joined freelancer. This doesn't mean that I am incompetent because I can surprise you if you give me a chance to do this project because I've been participating in other freelance sites I read your project description plus the word document very carefully and I am confident that I can do this project very well. I have done many client-server applications in c and other languages. This has really given me knowledge that can be of good use while developing any client-server application. According to your project you want server/client to handle TCP retransmission when a segment of acknowledgement is lost. This is not hard to implement once you take into consideration TCP features that makes it better than UDP i.e. sequencing, ordering etc. Simulating these features will help in the demonstration.
