Hey! I have worked a lot with esp32 using the esp idf frame work. The projects I have worked on range from wifi manager to setup the wifi ssid and password trough AP station, an automated greenhouse that comunicates trough MQTT to a mobile application, and telegram bots using esp32 chip. In all of this projects I have worked with FreeRTOS, using tasks, messages between tasks, FreeRTOS queues and semaphores/mutex. Also I have some experience deploying OTA updates trough local servers and I can learn how to do it trough external servers if needed too. Buenos días, He leído la documentación y me interesa vuestro proyecto. Tengo bastante experiencia en desarrollo de firmware en múltiples aplicaciones, desde wearables a sistemas embarcados, con integración de diferentes buses de comunicaciones, en baremetal o sobre RTOS (ucos-ii, FreeRTOS,...). Para ser honesto, mi experiencia con la ESP32 es de varios meses haciendo código exploratorio para ver cómo funciona la plataforma. Sin embargo, vista la buena documentación y ejemplos de la ESP32 creo que la funcioinalidad que necesitáis no debería complicarse. Como desarrollador de firmware estoy acostumbrado a trabajar con HW de nuevo diseño, integración HW-SW, revisión de esquemáticos, uso de herramientas de laboratorio, etc. En cuanto a los pasos que planteáis, creo que podría haceros una valoración del código que tenéis. Una primera revisión de estructura, formato y demás, y luego una funcional, para ver el estado en el que está. En este sentido mi opinión es que es crítico que el código sea fácil de entender, pero sobre todo de mantener. Me considero un artesano de esto y disfruto haciendo las cosas bien. I'm an italian electronic engineer with more than 18 years of work experience. I work as HW designer and FW developer. As HW designer, I work in Altium, KiCad and Orcad and I have experience in development single MCU (Microchip PIC, ARM Cortex, ESP32) boards with several digital I/O (GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, PWM,....) and some analog I/O. I design complete board: power section, MCU section, peripheral section,.... I design also boards with battery power; so I have experience in low power PCB design.
