[i18n web site/application writers/translators wanted]

Hello, I am looking for some writers/translators of many languages. Especially Chinese traditional,Chinese simplified and English are important. Our common language will be English. This project is for my i18n web site/game application and may also arise some updating works in the future. The works will be: 1) checking software translations and collect into natural languages etc. 2) some creative writing(explanation of the game etc) in your languages will also be required. 3) I may want your cultural advices etc for marketing in your languages. Other languages will also be needed in the near future and please post your 99%-100% native languages. 99%-100% means you can understand the nuance in the language and express yourself perfectly.
