"Label Printing app for Windows with Serial Input"

I am looking for someone with professional C# programming expertise, capable of developing a small application that runs on the Windows operating system (Windows XP / 7 and later). Your job would be to implement a system that reads plain text serial commands from COM4. Some more info: This is a sample string which was captured from the serial data coming on COM4: ST[0]="1 A BMAR " [len=17] I need the app to print the "1 A BMAR" text without the quotes in this case, when the string ST[0]= is detected in the serial port. I can attach to the project a sample log file, captured from the serial port where you can see when the ST[0] string appears. It will be printed on a thermal printer, Elgin L42 PRO, connected via USB. It is compatible with ZPL/EPL/PPLA/PPLB languages. It will be printed on 50x100mm horizontal labels with the text in around 30 points or if possible with the biggest size to fit the label for each text string. (Other languages accepted) - Experience with handling serial data. - Knowledge of integrating with USB printers in Windows. - Understanding of text manipulation and dynamic content replacement. This project requires a specialist who can effectively handle string recognition and initiate printer commands. Completion of this task means setting up an auto-printer, manipulated through serial commands in text format. I´d like to have the source code and a single executable file or installable app for future updates.
