(List and numbers) if I have to manage you, this will not work. -At least 2 years of cold calling sales with good reviews. Preferably real estate sales but not required. Personal Skills -Enthusiastic and self-starting approach. -Passion for selling. -Goal oriented. -Willingness to learn more about the industry and ask questions. -Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). (The closer to the American accent the better)
