Job Description: I am seeking a Virtual Assistant with a keen business background and an understanding of the dynamics of business development. Your responsibilities will include: Information Gathering: Research, gather, and organize data and information on various business ideas, industries, and markets. Presentation Creation: Design visually appealing and informative presentations using AI and other digital tools. Excel Expertise: Handle calculations, data analysis, and reporting using Excel, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights. AI Utilization: Leverage AI platforms, including ChatGPT and other AI models, to enhance efficiency and streamline tasks. Data Entry: Accurately input data into various systems and databases. Contact Information Research: Locate contact information for relevant individuals and reach out when necessary. Online Tasks: Perform various virtual assistant duties such as online shopping, gift purchasing, and scheduling meetings. There will unlikely be much of this type of work Requirements: 1. Business Education: Please confirm that you have a background in business, such as a degree or relevant coursework or business experience. 2. Market Research Experience: Please confirm you have experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis for business purposes. 3. AI Proficiency: Please confirm that you heavily rely on AI when appropriate to enhance productivity and efficiency in your work. 4. Please include examples of presentations you've created using AI, as well as any relevant experience that highlights your business acumen and AI utilization skills.
