Virtual Assistant - FEMALE - 28h/month 3USD/hour

My name is Marcin and I am an owner of a company based in UK. Decorating bottles and glass containers is what my company does. Offered work focuses primarily on contacting potential clients (companies) through e-mails and responding to placed orders. My customers are mostly business type: distillers, manufactures of alcohol, producers of candles, bottling, wine producers, manufacturers of perfumes, advertising agencies , domestic glass manufacturers and other companies that make their products from glass and want us to decorate it. I focus mainly on European market (occasionally USA), but international nature of my company allows to support customers from every continent. I would like to hire talented virtual assistant who will be able to: 1. Write very good in English 2. Search potential customers on the internet and create a database in Excel (company name, web, email, address, name of contact person) 3. Send e-mails with offers to these companies 4. Work 7 hours per week (1 hour per day OR 2 hours every second working day and 1 hour on Saturday) - that gives total 28 hours per month = 84 dollars a month. 5. Respond to customer's emails and conduct communication with them. 6. Forward customer's enquiries to me. The minimum duration of employment is 6 months. After that time, if the cooperation will proceed smoothly, I will be delighted to extend our co-operation for 1 year. A necessary training will be provided at the beginning. Are you interested?
