Project on Numerical Study On Longitudinal Dispersion In Open Channels using MATLAB is to be done. A program is to be generated using numerical analysis such as finite element method, implicit or explicit scheme, heat transfer etc. in MATLAB between concentration and time. This program is to be run using concentration vs. time data (which I will provide) i.e. on entering the data of time I should get the same concentration data.
A program on analytical formulae(will be provided during the project) is then generated to verify the above process. Finally graphs are to be plotted from both the methods which should be same.
A bit corrections could be asked during the project.
