Google Maps Creature Finder Game

I am seeking a talented web game developer to create a Google Maps-based game, primarily focused on locating any type of creature (it could be dogs, cats, zombies whatever i have not decided yet, etc. the animal will be decided). The concept is the following: It will be a competition like game, where based on the number of participants, the number of creatures will need to be found and located. The first winner who finds first the most bigger number of creatures is the one that wins, then we have a second winner etc.. and so on. Depending on how many winner each Google Maps competition will have. There are no any stages involved in this game. Once a competition ends, a new one can start. Consider like a Pokemon game, similar to this game, but on Google Maps. The participants will be able to attend each competition for free or paid, depending on the competition and organizer decision, whether i decide to have it for free or paid at different intervals.
