Graphic Designer for iPhone/iPad games

Hello talented Graphic Designers! I am looking for the best of the best, a superstar illustrator/designer to create backgrounds, characters and graphics for iPhone/iPad and Android games. Also, you must understand and speak English well. I would also prefer you know how to create animations for games, including running, jumping, flying and power-ups. This will be an environment in which we work together, you working with me and not so much for me. I’m very much into creating a team environment. Here’s how the process will work, I will give you example game plays, the themes and concept ideas. You will design characters, enemies, obstacles, background layers, and other games elements relevant to the themes. The only constraints will be size of the graphical elements (so they fit mobile device screens) and no distasteful or offensive images. All outputs will be .png files and some minor 3-10 image sprites or frames (also png). Ok, so here is your first task if you’re interested in applying for this position.
