Looking for a customer care / general VA - USA/CAN only!

Hello, in order to keep up with our increasing workload, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant that will help us with customer care and other tasks. We are selling Internet-Marketing related products mainly. we are looking for a VA with the following requirements: - US/CAN based (as the majority of our customers are from this area) - perfectly fluent in writing and speech - solid experience in using Wordpress CMS - access to Skype - good organizational and administrative skills - ideally some internet marketing experience - available minimum 5 days a week - there are no fixed working times yet, but we expect to perform daily tasks such as answering customer emails, questions, refund requests etc., addig blog posts, editing content etc. daily or multiple times a day - you have some capacities to grow into a half-time or full-time assistant as our workload increases We will set an hourly rate for the moment and will agree on a flat fee with a "minimum work load / minimum availability agreement" in a later stage.
