I need an image detection mobile app for iOS and Android of an LCD display as shown in the link below. Some states are not just a single image, as the blinking may also indicate the state. Also, reading of the seven segment display numbers would be advantages but please provide additional costs with this feature. As it needs to work on both iOS and Android, I do not mind if this is implemented separately for both platforms, although it would be good if you can use a multi-platform technology with the require image detection support. Note lighting conditions may vary per device. LCD backlight may not always be on, and camera light may not always be on. The detection should be resilient to this as much as possible.
