c#/c++ expert to enhance c# based SIP server to allow IP based RTP/UDP video/audio calling with support for at least 10 simultaneous calls. You should be using c# (preferred, otherwise c++ also ok as long as APIs can be called from c#). Idea like as follow: RTSP Client (Sending part): Sending Filter Graph at A is composed of: 1-Audio Capture filter to capture audio from the microphone. 2-Video Capture filter to capture video from webcam. 3-PCM wrapper to convert the data to PCM. 4-speex transform filter to encode the PCM data into configured audio codec. 5-Theora filter to encoder the video data into configured video codec. 6-RTP Send Filters RTSP Server: To allow video calling in pass through mode. RTSP Client (Receive part): 1-RTP Receive filters. 2-Theora filter to decode the Theora into video data. 3-speex transform filter to decode the speex data back into PCM. 4-Render video on panel. 5-Audio Render Filter to render the audio data to the sound card. Audio/Video Codec Supported required: Video: H.264, theora Audio: GSM, g.711, g.729, speex Resolution: QCIF to HD Please ensure following parameters: 1 Ensure video and audio are synchronous and delay (latency) is <1 second. 2 4 bitrate profiles for client end: 64kbps (10fps) (QCIF), 128kbps, 256kbps(30fps) and 756kbps (HD) 3 Upload and download Bandwidth requirement for conferencing on the client should be equal to bitrate selected. 5 Ensure Jitter buffer and Echo issues are not there. 6 Audio and video quality should be comparable to skype. 7 CPU usage on client and server should not exceed 25% for core 2 duo 2.6GHz machine with 1GB of RAM. 8 Solution should work for windows OS. 9 Control panel to manage the conferences.
