I developed an earth-moving machine simulator/game; it was mounted on the actual vehicle and it was using VR hardware. I can develop an interactive 3D Taxi simulator for you, but there's a whole bunch of details that need to be specified - price and time required may vary accordingly to what exactly you have in mind. My bid refers to a basic simulator. To understand each other better: if you want to add trees waving in the wind, and paged geometry with complex city structures, the pricing (and TTD) *will* increase.
