Changes to free arcade site

I have a free online game site that runs on gamescript and I am looking for someone to make some modifications and add some new features to the site. ## Deliverables Here is a list of what I would like done to the site: 1. The script needs to be updated to the latest version. I have all the files, they just need to be installed. 2. I want the template redone, I have the basic layout I want in mind and some sample urls for you to review to get an idea of the layout/design I want for the site. 3. I want a shoutbox added so vistors can chat with other users while playing games. I also want a way with the shoutbox to block certain words/content (i.e. foul language & url spam) 4. I want a news feed about game related news to go into the forum section, each day would be entered as a post with the forum news section automatically. 5. I want a way to have the site add new content on a scheduled basis, I have a few ideas in mind on how I want this to work but not sure what would be the best way so we would have to discuss this in some details but the basic goal is to have a new game/video added to the site each hour. 6. I want to have the images/files optimized to improve the loading time of the site. 7. I want the site checked for any hacker issues to insure that the site is as hacker proof as possible. 8. I want to add a way to add/delete site advertising from the admin panel. 9. I want a 30 day review time to request any corrections for any errors that may come up. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site use a script called gamescript and is running on a linux server. most files are written in php.
