Looking to hire FULL TIME website designers. $1000 a month!!!

We are a website design company looking for a qualified individual to help with our heavy work load. We need a full time website design that is able to work 8 hours a day. I need someone who will be online and contactable during set hours and treat this like a normal full time job. I have had to fire the last 3 works for not being online during their work hours. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS JOB IF YOU ARE NOT A HARD WORKER. SLACKERS WILL BE FIRED INSTANTLY!!! You must have the following experience/skills: Macromedia/Adobe Flash Adobe Photoshop HTML/FrontPage/Dreamweaver Installing and edit scripts You must not have a problem working set hours and be available at all times during these hours. If you are not available during these hours you will be fired. You will get two 15 minuet brakes and a 1 hour lunch break. We do not ask much, all we ask is for you to be working and online during your set work ours. This will be a long term position. As long as you are doing your job you will get a pay check each week and a possible bonus at the end of the month if you earn it. Your pay will also increase as soon as you prove your a valuable asset to the company. We need to hire someone immediately! Please do not bid if you are planning on starting in a week, we need workers now. pay is $1000 a month. You will be paid $250 every 7 days.
