Document Parser (Extraction Tool for .pdf, .txt, .doc, .xls documents)

I want a **_Stand Alone Program_** to enable a user to parse or extract lines or blocks of text and/or numbers from a .pdf, word, text or Excel document(***with out highlighting and using copy and paste***). The relationship between the text and numbers need to be maintained. The documents my users will open will have pricing information that they need to extract in order to quote products. This **_New Program_** needs to be able to send the selected items to a table in dBase IV(I will supply the dBase layout requirements). Please read the attached "DocParser [login to view URL]" All code, must be written using the "English" version of the chosen programming language. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
