This project is based upon a wireless transmitter and receiver. The code needs to be written in Visual [login to view URL] 2003. I have made a bit of GUI in VB already so you can basically get an idea of how this is going to be. All I need in this project is to write the code for the GUI (or whatever you call it, the [login to view URL]) I cannot provide the hardware, but you'll write the software and i'll check it on the hardware. You MUST be prepared for very small modifications if requried after completing the project. If there were "too many changes" required once the project is completed, i'll be prepared to pay more for that but not for just changing a line of two of the code. OK ! So this is how the hardware works. I have a wireless transmitter which works as a Temperature sensor and transmit short telegrams which include the data for the temperature measured (datasheet attached). On the receiver end, I havea wireless receiver (RCM120) which is connected to the normal Serial Port (COM1) of a PC. The code you'll need to write is such that to read the received telegrams (on the COM port and then Display the data in the GUI ([login to view URL]) which I've already made. In this [login to view URL] there is also a graph which will also have to display the received temperature readings over a period of time (say last 2 or 3 hours). The way i can see this to be done is if you can store the received telegrams in a .txt file, read them and display them as a graph and also in its "Temperature" box, (see the attached word file). You'll have to write full comments with each line of code you write and will have to give me the source code so that I can try. I'll provide you with all the datasheets required for this project. Any questions, please email me. Good luck and happy bidding
