**Wireless Voting System** A wireless voting system needs to be made using Visual Basic .NET. This voting system will use wireless transmitters as the User Controller and a wireless receiver. These transmitters and receivers are designed by company called XXX (please read the .zip file for Full details).? What is required from this project is that lets say there are four people playing a game similar to Who Wants to be Millionaire, and with each participant there is a control with 4 buttons on it, (like A, B, C, D for the options). Lets say user 1 press Button A as his choice, and User 2 press button C on his control, the receiver should know which button was pressed by user A, User B, User C and User D. A software code **SHOULD** be written in Visual [login to view URL] 2003 to do this task. The receiver is inside the Development kit which is connected to a PC via a Serial Port (9 Pin D Connector). I think the coder needs to use the MS Comm control for this. The Software should be able to display each user’s selected choice and should be able to tell which user was correct and which user was wrong. This project should actually be delivered in TWO PARTS.? (again. read the attached .zip file for full details ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I only have Visual Basic .NET 2003 and hence I need a code which WILL run on Visual Basic .NET 2003. Furthermore I only have Windows XP Professional.
