Guten Tag, meine Name ist Uhlirsch Emanuel und ich möchte mich hiermit auf ihr Projekt bewerben. Ich bin seit über 9 Jahren in der Softwareentwicklung tätig und seit über 4 Jahren in der Webentwicklung. Für ihr Projekt würde ich einen PHP-Server mit einer MySQL Datenbank vorschlagen. Es ist eine kostengünstigste Technologie und ist sehr weit verbreitet. Also sollte das Projekt größer werden und mehr Entwickler fordern, ist es kein Problem eine zusätzliche Kraft einzustellen. Ihre Anforderungen sind leider etwas unspezifisch, aber ich denke mal, dass ihre Kunden einen Zugang bekommen sollen und die Position dei Tracker mittels Google Maps dargestellt werden sollen. Das ist alles kein Problem. Der Knackpunkt wird sicher die Kommunikation zwischen Portal und Tracker sein, da diese spezielle Anforderungen benötigen, aber mit den nötigen Informationen kann auch diese Hürde überwunden werden. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Ihr Projekt klingt für mich sehr interessant, vor Allem da ich bereits in einem mutmaßlich ähnlichem Projekt ein solches Portal umgesetzt habe (damals als Wordpress-Plugin) und die entsprechenden Learnings daraus ziehen konnte. Bei dem damaligen Projekt wurden Daten je nach GPRS Verfügbarkeit des Messmoduls mehr oder weniger live in eine MS-SQL Datenbank eingespielt und sollten am Ende des Tages innerhalb eines Wordpress-Kundenbereiches dargestellt werden. Als eigenes Portal dürften diese Anforderungen sehr gut abbildbar sein. Man könnte auch als Grundlage eine API bauen, um sich die Option offen zu halten später relativ einfach eine App anzubieten. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass das Gebot von mir hier kein endgültiges Angebot sein kann, da wir dafür in eine konkrete Angebotserstellung gehen müssten. Tendenziell bin ich jedoch auch eher ein Freund davon agil zu arbeiten (auf Stundensatzbasis), um auf Impulse, die sich meistens im Projektverlauf ergeben eingehen zu können. Good afternoon, I have several years of experience in Website development, extended work with PHP and database management. In the past I have also worked in projects related to telematics, where I had to administer a database with millions of GPS data-points for various analysis and control tasks. As such I am sure to be a good pick for your project. As for milestones for this kind of project usually I define 3 major points (although they can be discussed and negotiated if necessary): 1 - Only after about 50% of the project is finished the first payment is made (€1000). 2 - After 80% of the project if done the second payment is made. At this point a good prototype of the final project should be available (€2000). 3 - Finally after the project completely finished successfully then the final payment is made (€3000).
