We have an urgent requirement of Freelance HR Recruiters. The purpose of this Freelance HR Recruiter would be supporting us to close 25 Positions for Voice and Chat (Non-Voice) Processes for our Client in Gurgaon. The selected candidate would be expected to cover the following key responsibilities: *Understanding our requirements *Narrowing down the search to the required candidates *Interviewing the prospective candidates for preliminary screening before sharing their profiles with us *Responsible for a strong line-up everyday ensuring quality and quantity of the candidates Freelancer Profile: *The candidate must be based out Delhi/Ncr *Minimum of 6 months Hiring experience would be an advantage *Must have good communication skills Payout on Per Candidate Closure. *Further details will be shared with the selected bidders. Only serious ad interested bidders are requested to apply.
