1965 Ranch doing a 620 sqft addition or 32x20 on back of house which includes a new bathroom, master bedroom, closet, moving laundry from garage ( other side of wall to inside addition, family room and dining area off of current dining and garage area. Do not want any interior design other than suggestions for better flow or layout idea. We will be contractor and do most interior (trim, doors flooring at a later time to blend with rest of house later. This space will have plumbing, electrical & Heat, and need to blend well into the current roof line. Sample of layout and 2 pictures of back of house are included. Need someone who can do full plans for permitting in Clackamas Oregon. Melissa young -
