I need a person to do an offshore company internet research for me. There are a lot of websites and services offering offshore company formation. You need to find me: - websites that offer company formation in Hong Kong and/or - websites that offer company formation in Singapore When you find such a website or service, then I will need additional information: Basic information: - exact price of the company formation (if they offer both Hong Kong AND Singapore companies, then I need prices for BOTH countries) - annual fees for maintaining a company - is accounting required? is annual filling required? (if yes, prices) - does the website offer "nominee director" service for the company (if yes, price) Bank account information: - for a company - where can a bank account be opened? Which countries? - what is the price of opening a bank account in each of those countries? I will need a minimum of 20 websites that offer these services (this shouldn't be a problem). You will be provided with a shared google document where you will enter all the data. The above mentioned data can be found: - on the websites (this is easy of course) - or you will have to contact the webservice and ask them the details. You will be provided with the email template for this! You need to have a *proof* for all the entered data: - either the data is clearly available on the website - or you received an email from the web-service. These emails need to be available so I can see the data! As mentioned above, this might not always be the case, so maybe you will have to contact the web-service with email template to get the information. I will check and approve each of the 20 entries you deliver. When all the data for 20 websites/services is entered, work is done and you will be paid. Good english language is required. Advantage: if you have experience with offshore companies.
