Telesales Specialist for Diverse Campaigns

I am looking for a Telesales Expert. This is a Full-time and Part-time jobs (Project-bases and Contract-bases). This is a 5 days type of work and the working hours may differ from project to project. Skills that are required for this job: a. Excellent Communication Skills: As a telemarketer, you will be the voice of our agency. Strong verbal communication skills in English are crucial for engaging prospects and delivering persuasive sales pitches. b. Sales Acumen: A passion for sales and a natural ability to persuade and close deals are essential. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales would be advantageous. c. Self-Motivated: Our ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, driven by targets, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. You should possess the determination to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently. d. Resilience: Rejections are a part of the telemarketing landscape. The ability to handle objections, maintain composure, and bounce back from setbacks is crucial for success. e. Adaptability: Our campaigns cover a range of industries and products, so adaptability is key. You should be comfortable learning about new industries, products, and services to effectively engage with potential customers. f. Time Management: Efficiently managing your time and prioritizing tasks will be vital. You should be able to work independently, follow schedules, and meet deadlines to achieve maximum productivity.
