Link building - 50-100 per month

Need a professional link building expert to help us build the link profile for our site - 50-100 new links per month. We are very experienced in SEO and want someone to take care of building "lower quality" links, so we can focus on other aspects of SEO. Ideal candidate already has an inventory of websites that are not blacklisted by Google and are relevant to our market which is luxury watches. We are not unrealistic and asking for 300 links in 7 days. We understand that it takes time to do these things, but would like someone with experience on doing this successfully and has proven methods that work.
