ABOUT THE POSITION: The purpose of the Account Manager is to ensure client retention, build long-lasting relationships with your clients, to delegate & hold your team accountable for executing quality work that produces positive results for your client. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: *Continuously build strong client relationships to build new opportunities and drive new referral prospects. *Be aware of client stats and metrics to ensure we are producing positive results for each client throughout the entirety of their campaign. *Lead projects and continuously manage campaigns, acting as the focal point of communication between clients and additional members of The Team working on each project. *Able to effectively delegate and communicate with Web Developers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and others within The Team. *Plan monthly promotions, events, or sales with clients (this is often via a virtual monthly meeting with your client). *Effectively manage client expectations & happiness, ensuring they are receiving the most value from our service. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: *Passionate about helping awesome, locally owned businesses grow and benefit their communities. *1-3 years of previous experience in SEO Marketing. *Experience working with CRMs and other softwares, especially Trello. *Enjoy being a people person. Being likable is an important Core Value within the Account Manager position. *Live in high integrity. Building trust with our clients and referral partners is a key role of this position so we expect you to do what you say and say what you do within the time frame you promised. *Excellent Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate well over the phone, video call, and email, as well as in person. *Must be comfortable asking clients and referral partners for reviews, referrals and upselling clients to additional services when appropriate. *Must enjoy working within a structured environment and following set systems. *Organization and Time Management Skills: Must be very organized and great at making sure tasks are completed by their deadlines. *Creativity & Problem-Solving Skills: Must be able to use creativity in delegating graphics to be created as well as using that creativity and problem-solving skills to continue to find ways to provide value to clients, especially as technology and SEO continues to change. You must learn to continuously adapt and continuously learn the best practices of SEO. ??☀️ JOB CONDITIONS: Part-Time: Month 1 will be 5-10 hrs/week during the first 30 days training. Month 2 will be 10-20 hrs/week. Month 3 will be 20-40 hrs/week depending on your ability to self manage and complete all training tasks.
