We are looking for a translator to translate English text into fluent Mandarin prose. The Mandarin text must be to a high standard, and read fluently, while maintaining the detail found in the English text. It does not have to be a direct translation, but it is crucial all detail is maintained. The translation project is around 6000-7000 English words in total, and we will ask translators to perform a short test (50-100 words) before selection. An example of the style of text is attached below. In your bid, please provide an estimate for the time it will take you to complete the translation.

I’m a native Chinese with MUET Band 5. I’ll complete your translation (English-Mandarin) task by Wednesday 20th December 2017. By Monday 18th December 2017, i’ll update you the progress (half of the project). I’ll request a milestone: Half payment (19,000 JPY) by Monday when half of the completed project is sent; and remaining payment when the whole project and checking is done.
