Answer me this, what do you get when you cross an analyst with a comedian? I am looking for a VA which can help organize my life - Business, Work and Personal. Among tasks to be done are : Research. Writing Short Stories and Short Reports. Do little simple banner for Facebook (not complex ones) Help populate content. Do a schedule. Having a sense of humor helps I am task oriented with a big picture image in mind. I get easily confused and stuck when I have to do the nitty gritty. I want someone long term Help :)

My answer to: what do you get when you cross an analyst with a comedian? -- I think you get a harmonious balance between work and humor. I am an experienced Virtual Assistant. I can do tasks with less supervision. If there is something I don't know about, I ask questions. I am a fast learner and I do tasks with utmost integrity. I am the breadwinner in my family and I make sure I work and earn well for them.

Jack of all trades, master on none....... Hello there, This is your VA speaking. I noticed your cry for help and thought, with all my experience I would be able to assist. I am a semi retired business consultant, marketer, sales manager, translator and virtual assistant, in other words: a jack of trade who is able to put order in the chaos and bring back your life on track. I am known for my smile, laughter, humor, work ethics, knowledge and... hard work. As I work from home, I am flexible in working hours, so not a Dolly Parton 9 to 5 type of person, hence working in different time zones is not an issue for me. I just bid for 1 hour to save you and me some money. In general I will be able to offer you about 20 hours a week as I have other commitments as well, like reading lessons for children in the local primary school, chairman of the local business chamber (I have regular meetings with stakeholders). And I have the odd job that comes around, like translation work, writing of articles and writing of business plans, marketing strategies etc. In other words, I have got it all and I would be able to organize your life. Dear Employer I think you will get a writer (like Karinthy Frigyes comical analist writer) As you can see it in my CV I worked as a Personal assistant for a lady in Johannesburg where I had to manage all her life. My responsibilities were included but not limited: -Mail, time, meetings, budget, stuff management -Organise events -Make travel arrangements (Itinerary, bookings, maps) -Clerical duties ( internet research , presentation preparations, reports, typing) -Accounting duties ( filing, budgeting, reports, manage accounts payable) -Office duties ( faxing, filing, mailings, photocopying, typing, phone calls) Also I have done many assistant job during my school years. I have skype, and a google account. I can work in from 10 pm in GMT+1 until I finish and usually I online 2 hours during the afternoon.
