I have worked as an Associate Recruitment & Employer Branding for 1.5 years for a leading telecommunication company. My role was to manage nationwide recruitment operations in close liaison with line managers, HR business partners and vendors to ensure recruitment KPIs are met on a monthly basis. Alongside, I had to process all sourcing (job posting) requests to ensure vacancies are timely announced on all relevant channels - this also included drafted the job descriptions and getting them approved by the line managers before publishing.
