Set of Coding to be reuse

Hey there! As a writer myself, I love the idea of owning my own games which is a choose your own adventure type of games. I want you to create a set of code from scratch and make sure I can easily add images for cover art, background, some sounds(you do not have to do this but if you can let me know in the proposal) and most importantly the layout of the words. I want the codes to be written in a way so that I can reuse the same code for different themes and different stories. I need you to help me create it in either Android/Eclipse but make the coding easily converted into Xcode. I know this sounds confusing and all so I basically want you to do your homework before you bid for this job. Google and try out Choice of Games Choicescript or make your own Twine game or see Choice games from the Google Play. Please take note that I do not encourage or intend to replicate Choicescript or Twine programme so do not copy their program codes. Just use it as an idea to understand what type of codes I want. I wish to break amount down into milestones and make sure you are active in communication here.
