Ghost Writer for Articles on Child Safety and Online Dangers

Need FIVE well written, well researched (both for the facts/contents as well as for the keywords to bring up the site up in google ranking) articles (400-500 words) that i am required to submit for publishing under my own name (or whatever name i choose), providing me full copyrights and no infringement or violation of anybody else's copyright and intellectual rights. Each of these articles will be a standalone article but together they can act as a complete series covering different aspects of child safety and what parents can do to protect children from online dangers. I need to see some prior work (your own and not someone else's) and if you are the chosen writer then your work must meet that standard. Pls confirm that you understand the word density and keywords concepts that are needed to get a site ranking up. Pls also understand that i would like you to research the keywords that would be used in the articles. The bidder should clarify what keywords are going to be used and that they must be approved by me before they are being used in the articles. I would also like to hear from you the topics that you have in mind for the articles and a brief outline of each article before we start. i would also like the bidder to fully understand the copyright and intellectual property issue with respect to the articles i.e. i want to have the full ownership and be able to publish them as and when i feel it under whatever name and that these articles are not infringing upon anybody's intellectual rights. Our written contract would state that you were commissioned by me to write those articles and that i have full and complete ownership rights and the right to use them anyway i please. You must also agree that you the AUTHOR agrees not to maintain any copies of the articles in his offline or online portfolio and will not share either the titles or the content with present or prospective clients. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
