Chat Support Management

Project Title: Chat Support Management Overview: I am looking for a freelancer to provide sales support through LiveChat platform for 8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in sales support through chat is required - Proficiency in using LiveChat platform is preferred - Excellent communication skills and ability to provide prompt and accurate responses - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through LiveChat platform to provide sales support - Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchasing decisions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Offer real time support to sales team to ensure maximum number of sales are made each shift Requirements: - Availability to provide chat support for 8 hours per day - Reliable internet connection and access to the LiveChat platform - Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Ability to work independently and meet performance targets - Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and demands - Keen analytical skills to identify grammatical errors, and where team members can improve their sales skills to increase sales within their shift time.
