Hello, I need someone who can get my birth certificate from Pakistan and mail it to me in USA. I was born in Lahore. You will need to contact the appropriate office to obtain my birth certificate on my behalf. I will cover all the cost associated with it including courier charges. Please let me know the procedure. Hi, I just came through your project. I can help to get Form b from Nadra, I am sure that is what you are looking for. What is your dob? Are you still Paksitani citizen? Do you Pak CNIC card? Do you have any relatives in Pakistan? (preferable your ancestors or nearest). It will be a bit complex process considering what situation you are in. An application will be move to union council office. You will tell us your address so that we locate the proper union council. The certificate should be in English, so that it is usable for foreign country. You expenses would be incurred Pak RS. 1500-2000 in shape of union council fee and a little fee (under the table fee).
