English to Vietnamese - Translation

I need someone who must be fluent both in English and Vietnamese languages. Need to get some content translated I have some receipts / sort of vouchers that I want to get translated. If it goes well then I will hire the person to translate a book from English to Vietnamese. Budget is $5 for 1000 translated from English to Vietnamese - Please DO NOT bid if you don't agree to the budget. Your work will be rejected if you translate it with Google or any other app. Be ready to translate a sample of text.
