Hello,
I’m interested in call center / virtual assistant services (only on-line).
Here are details of my expectations:
Branch: translation services on-line
Market: Czech Republic
Language: Czech
Clients: Czech people
Specifics: we work as a broker of translation services. Potential clients ask us for free pricing. Then we contact our partners to make it. After that we send pricing to askers. If they have questions or want to buy, they contact with us or directly with our partners. Every partner speak Czech and English.
What activities we need?
1. Picking up phone calls to get knowledge about clients’ needs
2. Forwarding e-mail from potential clients to our partners or creating new e-mails and sending them to our partners (to prepare pricing)
3. Calling to potential clients or creating and sending e-mails to potential clients with our offers (after point nr 1 and 2)
4. Calling to potential clients or creating and sending e-mails to potential clients - to answer the questions and close the deal
Numbers:
a) around 30 calls / month (1 call max. 1 minute = 30 minutes / month)
b) around 60 e-mails / month (1 e-mail max. 2 minutes = 2 hours / month )
c) around 10 LiveChat inquiries / month (1 chat max. 2 minutes = 20 minutes / month)
SUM: around 3 hours / month

a) working days and hours
b) Call response time
c) Mail response time - we need max. 5 minutes of reaction time
d) Call Abandon Rate (if applicable)
e) System Availability (if applicable)
f) languages spoken (option to expand our cooperation in other markets)
g) pricing - payment only for billed minutes (exactly worked minutes). I'm not interested in paying flat fee.
