The Administrative Assistant will provide general oversight of our Beverly Hills office and administrative support to the senior staff at the office Manage a small office. Greet guests. Draft professional correspondence (emails, letters, memos) on behalf of staff in a short and quick time frame. Keep a stock groceries and office supplies. Coordinating scheduling Liaising with office vendors as needed (IT, phones, water delivery, etc.). Arranging for travel as needed for senior staff and candidates. Conducting internet research and completing special projects. Preparing for and attending events. Answering and routing incoming calls.
